About Denise Bash
Career:
I started in real
estate 20 years ago which included markets in
Atlanta
and Tallahassee.
I started in the residential market and worked my way
into commercial real estate where I managed high-rise
buildings, working closely with state politicians. After
my family relocated to
Jacksonville
I decided to go back into residential real estate
because the need for good quality agents was great and I
wanted to get back to working more personally and
closely with individuals and families. I knew I could
make a difference in the lives I would touch.
Education:
While working in
the real estate industry I attended Dekalb College
earning my associates degree in accounting in 1982. In
1995 while gaining experience in the commercial real
estate industry, I completed my State of Florida real estate
license licensure.
I have continued to successfully meet the ongoing
state requirements for continuing education as I expand
my knowledge in subject matter pertinent to the current
condition of the market.
I love learning more about this industry as it
helps me to assist my customers in making their real
estate experiences more positive.
Specialization:
I am a Marketing Specialist with a personally
customized marketing plan designed to attract a target
group of buyers perfect for your home. I’m also a
dedicated transaction agent with expertise to guide you
through every step of the buying process. There are so
many things that are important and must be taken into
consideration in every real estate venture. Guiding my
special clients through this process is very exciting.

Business Philosophy:
Over a
decade ago, my family and I chose Jacksonville as our home.
Getting to know all this city has to offer has been very
exciting and has enriched our lifestyles. I love sharing
my knowledge and experiences about this beautiful city
with all my customers.

Family:
I am very proud
to say that I raised two wonderful children who have
grown up to be very special people. My son will graduate
from Embry Riddle in the Spring of 2010 and my daughter
works in the marketing field of a local culinary
chapter.
